Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Products are dispatched within 2 business days of the order receipt & can reach the customer in 7 to 21 working days depending on location.

 

 

Customs Duties & Shipping

Delivery of orders takes between 7 to 15 working days for USA orders & upto 21 working days for orders outside United States. There is an expedited shipping option for all customers who require the order quicker.

Outside the United States, some countries' customs departments may put an additional import duty on the shipment. Any import duty applied, would have to be paid by the customer to the courier company or the custom's department of the particular county.

 

Cancellations: 

If you would like to cancel your order before its been dispatched from our fulfillment center, please write to us on WhatsApp at 919737044502 with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees.

If the order has been dispatched and you do not want to receive the same, kindly inform our team at WhatsApp +919737044502 and refuse to take delivery. We will be deducting to and fro shipping charges and a cancellation fee of Rs. 50 or 10% which ever is higher.

 

Applicable for domestic orders only 

Returns / Replacements:

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the clickforsign website, you have an option to raise return/replacement request within 3 days of delivery of product. For any used product or delay in raising request, we reserve the right to charge any fees that may be required for replacement of tags, or disposing off a used product for hygienic purpose. Medical products are not eligible for return or replacement.

Procedure:

You can either request replacement unit or return the product and get your money back. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly whatsapp us on +919737044502 along with reason for return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photo or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.  

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue store refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be will be given in form of store credit. Medical products are not eligible for replacement.


Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a fee of Rs. 100 and actual two way shipping charges will be applicable or 10 % of order value whichever is Higher. 

Please note that the clickforsign exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India.  

Refunds

Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit or discount coupon of agreed refund value. 

 

Delayed Deliveries 

Incase of Lockdown or other COVID Related Issue , Deliveries might be Delayed or RTO , 

Incase of RTO , you will get the full refund in your original Payment method.  

Incase of delay. we request a resolution timeline of 5-15 days from the date of dispatch so that we can coordinate and provide you with an accurate resolution.

Please note : We use 3rd party courier services , Delivery delays are beyond our control .  But yes we will definitely work on escalating and resolving your issue on top priority on a case to case basis.
